Prices are per night, excluding a damage security deposit of € 150,00. This amount has to be paid at the same time as the balance, 2 months before your arrival. The deposit to secure your booking is 40% (non-refundable) and needs to be paid after booking. Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. There is a minimum of 2 nights required. In May, the minimum nights required is 7. Prices are the same. Price includes gas, water, electricity, use of pool (mid May / early September) and wifi. In July and August, all gîtes can be rented with a minimum of 6 nights, arrival and departure can be any day of the week. If we have availability in high season, we can sometimes decide to rent for shorter stays. Please ask us about options. Outside high season all gîtes can be rented with a minimum of 3 nights. Cleaning fee remains. Prices include gas, water, electricity (excl. heating from 1 October to 1 May or any other time if requested), use of pool (mid May / early September), wifi, per week 2 x use of washer Prices are per week, excluding a damage security deposit of € 200,00.
