Payment
- After receiving your reservation
you will receive a written confirmation (by email)
with the details of your
reservation and specifications on how to pay for your stay. This
confirmation is your booking contract.
- In order to secure
your booking, payment of a deposit is required within 3 days of
the date of the booking. When the booking is made within 2 months
of the arrival date, payment of the entire amount is required
within 3 days of the date of the booking. Until payment is
received, a booking is provisional.
- Up to 2 months before your
booked arrival
date the non-refundable
deposit is 40% of the total amount. The balance is due 2 months before
your booked arrival date.

If you cancel your reservation before 2
months of your booked arrival
date, you are due 40% of the total cost of the
invoice, which is the non-refundable deposit.
- If you cancel your
booking within 60 days of the booked arrival date, you are due 100%
of the invoice. You're payment is then
non refundable. This is non-negociable.
- We strongly advise you to take
out insurance to cover these costs. We also advise you to take
out travel-insurance.
- We do not
refund any nights in case you decide to stay shorter than you
what you have booked.

We accept payment by bank transfer (bank fees are always for the
client) or by PayPal (7% surcharge).

If you do not
pay your deposit, balance and/or security deposit within the time
frames stated in your confirmation/invoice, we
presume you do not want to stay with us
and your reservation will be cancelled by us.
- In case you
need or want to cancel, we apply our cancellation conditions, no
exceptions, nor are we going into any discussion.
Security Deposit
A security deposit for rental accommodation will have to be paid with the
balance of
your rental fee. This deposit will be returned to you
after you leave,
under the condition that nothing has been damaged and the
accommodation has been left in good order. Bank fees are always for the client.
This security deposit cannot be paid or returned in cash
(no
exceptions).
Noise
If your noise bothers us or our guests, we will ask you to quiet
down. If you do not want to do this or in case of repeated nuisance,
you will have to leave our premises. You will not receive a refund
for nights not spent.
Cleaning
We will make sure your accommodation is
spotless when you arrive. In our gîtes your beds will be made
up and all linen is included.
However, we expect you to leave the accommodation
in a proper state.
Pets
Pets are
welcome only on request and under the condition that they do not cause any problems to
our other guests and are kept on a leash. There is a charge for
bringing your pet. We ask you to clean up after little
accidents of your pet on our property.
In our rental accommodation pets are on request. There is a charge,
but should we need more time to clean after your departure we will
charge € 20 per hour which we will deduct from your security deposit,
with a minimum of € 20.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival you can check into one of the accommodations
between 15.00 h and 19.00 hours.
Check out time is 10.00 AM at the latest. The
time in between is needed to get the accommodation
ready for our next guests.
For camping guests, different times apply: arrival
between 13.00 h and 19:00 hours and
departure no later than noon.
Energy consumption
Prices for Maison Passerose, Violette, Tulipe
and Chalet Lavande include gas, water and electricity, but exclude any
heating costs of € 8.00 per night from 1 October to 1 May.
Visitors
Unfortunately it is not allowed to receive visitors (family, friends,
etc.) on our property and in our accommodations. We want to guarantee
the peace and quiet for all our guests and count on your
understanding.
Privacy
When booking / staying with us, we ask for various personal details.
This information is only intended for our administration and will not
be shared with anyone and will not be shared with anyone, unless the
French State asks us for security reasons.
Your information is deleted when you leave L'Etournerie except for
your name and address which are on the invoice and will be kept
according to the French Tax Law.
